Outlook Add Other People'S Calendar. To start using a new calendar in outlook, we can quickly set it up: Navigate to the calendar view in outlook.
Tap the add calendar button at the top (1 in my screenshot) tap add shared calendars (2) search for the person or group whose calendar you already have permission to. Open the calendar inside outlook 365 (calendar icon, left side of screen) click add calendar:
